What if I miss my scheduled time slot?
Please plan your transportation in advance and arrive on time.
Normally, we are unable to accommodate guests who miss their scheduled time, and a new ticket will be required for entry.
However, depending on ticket availability on the same day, you may try to join the standby line. We may be able to offer admission, but please note that entry is not guaranteed. If no seats are available on the same day, you will need to purchase a new ticket for another date.
